This is the ultimate list of fun things to bake, whether you are bored alone at home or looking to bake something with friends and family. The huge range of tried-and-true recipes below will serve as inspiration, guiding you to your next favorite creation to bake at home.

Katalin's recommendation on what are some easy, fun things to bake at home
I recommend starting with something simple and fun, like cookies. They’re always a hit and super easy to make. Whether you’re craving classic chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, or sugar cookies, they come together quickly and are always enjoyable. You can even add your favorite mix-ins, such as chopped nuts or dried fruit, to make them your own. There will be several recommendations to play around with cookies below.
Other easy, beautiful yet super fun things to bake are anything with puff pastry! Puff pastry is incredibly versatile and always looks impressive, even though it’s so easy to work with.
If you're in the mood for something chocolatey, brownies are the perfect choice. They’re easy to make and give you that delicious, fudgy texture everyone loves.
And, don't forget that the most fun thing to bake could actually be some dessert that you don't even need to bake! Tiramisu is always a good idea:)!
However, if you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, why not try something new? A fruit tart, a layered cake, or homemade éclairs could be a fun challenge to take on. The key is to have fun and experiment with different recipes, so don’t be afraid to try something you've never baked before!
