Drink and food lineup at Starbucks in February
February is just a few short days away, which means it's time to start prepping and planning how and when you'll get your hands on the new drinks and goodies being released at Starbucks.
Matcha Drinks

Starbucks is expanding its matcha lineup with two new year-round drinks arriving in February: Iced Double Berry Matcha and Iced Banana Bread Matcha. Both beverages feature colorful layers and textures, creating a visually striking, multisensory experience.
Raspberry syrup will also be brought back and featured in the Iced Double Berry Matcha. The syrup will also now become a permanent menu item.
Valentine's Day drinks

In honor of Valentine’s season, Starbucks is rolling out two limited-time drinks designed to capture the romantic vibe of the holiday: the White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew and the Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino. Both beverages will be available for a limited time, making them seasonal treats meant to feel special and indulgent.
1971 Roast

Starbucks is also introducing 1971 Roast, a new bold dark-roast coffee created to honor more than 50 years of roasting expertise. Featuring toasted-sugar and rich-walnut flavors, this blend combines premium beans sourced from Colombia, Sumatra, and Brazil.
The new roast will be available as both brewed coffee and whole bean, and will expand Starbucks’ lineup for customers who prefer more intense flavor profiles.
Baked Goods

Starbucks is refreshing its bakery lineup with a wave of new treats inspired by global flavors and indulgent trends. The new additions include the Dubai Chocolate Bite, Cookie Croissant Swirl, Yuzu Citrus Blossom, Berry Blondie, Strawberry Matcha Loaf, and Chocolate Pistachio Loaf. Each one is designed to add a mix of rich textures and dessert-style decadence to the menu.
This February lineup shows Starbucks blends nostalgic flavors and eye-catching drinks to keep the menu feeling fresh while offering comforting classics and new, conversation-worthy items.
