Kombucha

Alright, kombucha might be alcoholic, but it has such a low alcohol content it barely passes the scale. I’m talking about less than 0.5% alcohol per batch, which is too low even to be considered alcoholic.
Kombucha is a popular fermented tea drink that contains sugar, tea, and yeast. It might not sound appetizing, but trust me, it’s worth every drink. And I know you shouldn’t technically consider something good just because it’s on social media, but kombucha became too popular too quickly, so it’s good.
Rooh-Afza Sharbat

Allow me to introduce you to a drink so delicious that you’ll even forget alcohol exists. Commonly served across Pakistan, rooh-afza sharbat is a drink made from a rose-flavored syrup. The name comes from the syrup company Rooh-afza, although you’ll find many variants like Jam-e-shirin.
The drink is a thick syrup you dilute in a glass of cold water, and with a single sip, it’s like you’re in heaven.
Iced tea

Who could pass up the age-old iced tea? A classic in the summer and a delight in winter, iced tea is a beverage everyone loves, and it’s definitely much more delicious than alcoholic drinks. It also helps that iced tea can be flavored with any of your favorite fruit so that you can customize it to your heart’s content.
Ginger ale

I used to think ginger ale was made for kids, but the more I draw away from alcohol, the more I lean toward this drink. A fizzy soft drink flavored with ginger, ginger ale isn’t a popular choice because it has a strong flavor, but so do most alcoholic drinks. If you’re really up for a challenge, ginger ale is the perfect way to leave booze behind and keep your health in check.
Mocktails

If you’re a sucker for cocktails and just can’t let the multiple-variety drinks go, switch to their non-alcoholic versions. Most bars serve virgin drinks or mocktails, which are basically cocktails but without the booze. You can customize mocktails as you like, so they’re a great drink for picky eaters, too. Not to mention, you get to explore a variety of flavors, so you’re never bored.
Fruit water

I hated the TikTok trend of tossing a few pieces of cut fruit into cold water, but as I try newer combinations, I’m actually embracing it. I love how you can basically take water up a notch by adding slight flavoring to it, and some fruits are even refreshing.
For example, I love adding strawberries, lemons, and cucumbers into cold water; drinking it makes me feel like I’m vacationing somewhere, and it’s also healthy.
Lime soda

If you haven’t tried carbonated water with lime and black salt, you're really missing out on life. Lime soda is a popular drink served as street food in many South Asian countries, but it’s not at all difficult to make at home. All you need is a zesty lime, water, and baking soda. You can add sugar but don’t forget to add a pinch of black salt to get that amazing kick of flavor.
Lemonade

I seriously think lemonade is one of the most underrated drinks in the world. Sure, it’s too common, but that might be the problem. We have this perfect drink in front of us, and we’re ignoring it for boring booze? Not anymore.
Lemonade is the perfect summer-friendly drink, but if you’re willing to feel a little adventurous, you can make the hot version and enjoy lemonade tea in winter.
Fruit juice

Who doesn’t love fruit juice, right? We’ve all grown up drinking juice from the box, but now it’s time to take it up a notch and make it at home. There’s nothing more heavenly than freshly squeezed fruit juice, and the more you experiment with the flavors, the more you enjoy them. Plus, I love that you can try a variety of flavors without feeling like you’re overdoing it, unlike how you feel when you try too many alcoholic drinks.
Lassi

Another classic desi drink, lassi, is a popular drink in South Asian and Arab countries. Lassi is basically a diluted yogurt drink; think of a smoothie but much simpler and thinner. You can make lassi by combining equal parts yogurt and water and adding salt or sugar (whatever you prefer). Believe it or not, a lassi is extremely delicious whether you drink it sweet or salty, and it doesn’t need to be too fancy.
Smoothies

If you’re cutting out alcohol because you want to be healthier, then switching to smoothies is the best idea. Not only are smoothies extremely healthy, but they’re also one of the few drinks that will taste good no matter what you throw in them. Even vegetables taste better in smoothies.
Slushies

You can’t go wrong with a slushie. I love going to the local mart and filling those giant soda cups with different slushies, but you can try them whenever you please. Sure, slushies are too sweet and can cause a brain freeze, but that's the best thing about them.
And, of course, with the number of flavors you have to choose from, there’s not a single boring moment.
Seltzer

Seltzer is just plain old carbonated water. However, all those bubbles in the glass make the seltzer very appealing and thirst-quenching. Seltzer typically has no added sugars, making it a low-carb drink choice. You can find seltzer in many different flavors, so it will be exciting and interesting every time you take a sip.
Coconut Water

Coconut water is a refreshing and delicious way to stay hydrated. Yes, it is actually water, but it comes straight from the center of a coconut! Coconut water is full of vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes, so it is actually more hydrating and healthier than regular water. It is definitely one of the best everyday drinks out there!
Warm Apple Cider

There is nothing as delicious as a mug of warm apple cider. This is the epitome of a cozy drink and one we can't get enough of. The cinnamon and apple flavors are perfect together and make us want to snuggle up by a fire and enjoy life! Who needs alcohol when you can have a mug of delicious apple cider?
Lattes

Whether you drink your latte iced or hot, decaf or full of caffeine, it is one drink you can never get enough of. Everyone loves a good latte, especially one that is made with flavor. This is a fantastic non-alcoholic drink for any time of year and any time of day.
Horchata

Mexican horchata is a traditional drink made from rice, water, cinnamon, and vanilla. The rice is soaked in the water, turning it into a milky liquid. Then, a little sugar is added to sweeten the drink, along with cinnamon and vanilla to add tons of flavor. You can drink this classic sweet beverage cold or warm. It tastes fantastic both ways!
Kompot

Kompot is a warm Russian drink made from dried fruit. It can be made with any dried fruits and berries and is often sweetened with rice syrup. While it is usually enjoyed warm, we think it would also be fantastic chilled. Look up a recipe for Kompot today, and you will not be disappointed.
Chicha Morada

If you are looking for an interesting and exciting new drink to try, chicha morada is just what you need! This Peruvian drink is made with boiled purple corn, pineapple rind, cinnamon, and cloves. The bright purple color is beautiful to look a,t and the slightly nutty drink is delicious when served cold.
