This Homemade Pistachio Ice cream bar recipe is almost as creamy as the pistachio gelato I had last time I was in Italy! 

Prepare the ingredients for the Ice cream

Prepare the ingredients for the chocolate coating

Use Ice cream mold from Silikomart that you can purchase from Amazon in here 

Mix sweetened condensed milk with pistachio paste

Fold whipped cream with pistachio mixture

Pour the mixture into the mold and insert sticks

Make sure that ice cream is properly frozen (min 6h in the freezer).

Dip each Ice cream bar into melted chocolate

Decorate with pistachio and melted chocolate
