Ingredients

Best subsitute for agar agar

  • teaspoon unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3 teaspoon pectin powder
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch

Instructions

  • replace 1 teaspoon agar agar either with ⅛ teaspoon gelatin powder, or 3 teaspoons pectin powder, or 1 teaspoon xanthan gum, or 1 teaspoon cornstarch
