Cardamom Cake with Coffee Glaze

This cake is a must-make during Fall and Winter, but might just become your favorite Bundt cake all year round! Super moist yogurt cake packed with cardamom and made in a Bundt pan can make any day festive.

Freeze the prepared tin while preparing the Cardamom almond cake batter! This is a super important step and will take your Bundt cake preparation to a solid level.

Make sure your cake ingredients are all at room temperature

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Then add eggs and vanilla, while beating still. Fold in sifted dry ingredients mix and milk&yoghurt mix alternating in 4 steps. Spoon batter into the prepared, freezed tin. 

Bake for 1h at 175 C / 347 F.  Let the cake rest 5 minutes in the pan then turn it upside down, remove the pan and let it completely cool before glazing

For the glaze, mix freshly brewed coffee with powder sugar until smooth. Adjust liquid / dry ingredient quantity if necessary to achieve the right consistency to pour the glaze

Pour glaze over cold bundt cake. Let it set for a few minutes and your cake is ready to be served
