Halloween Bloody Cupcakes with edible Shards

Bloody Halloween cupcakes are the ultimate scary and fun Halloween party desserts that are moist, fluffy, and also taste just amazing with strawberry cheesecake flavor!!

Making blood frosting is so easy! Many other recipes recommend red food coloring and sugar syrup but why would you do that when you can use flavourful ingredients like strawberry sauce?

Prepare the cupcake ingredients. Remember to have you milk and egg at room temperature!

After mixing the wet ingredients and gently folding in the dry ingredients, bake the cupcakes at 175C / 347F (no fan) for 25 minutes

The fake blood can be made by cooking strawberry puree, sugar and sugar syrup for 10 minutes.

For the edible glass cook sugar, glucose syrup, and water until it reaches 150C / 302F, then pour it on top of a parchment paper and let it set

For the cream cheese frosting, whip full fat cream cheese, mascarpone and powdered sugar until light and fluffy

Then, assemble the cupcakes by filling each of them with the edible blood, then piping frosting on them and placing a few shards on op

Finally, drizzle more "fake blood" on top of the cupcakes!
