Baklava cheesecake recipe

This delicious baklava cheesecake recipe is crispy and creamy at the same time. Lighter than traditional baklava, in the meantime more exciting flavor profile than traditional cheesecake

Prepare the ingredients for the pastry

Carefully insert the filo pastry into a baking pan 

Boil the ingredients together for the syrup

Mixing together the cream cheese filling is super easy
