This Fudgy Pecan Brownies recipe is a time saver for Thanksgiving, that might just become your favorite Brownie recipe all year round!
Do not use a mixer and do not over-mix the brownie batter. Over mixing the ingredients would result in in a crumbly, cake-like texture
Prepare the ingredients; butter, all purpose flour, granulated and brown sugar, dark chocolate, eggs and cocoa powder

Start with melting chocolate and butter over double boiler - to avoid burning it
Make sure to whip eggs and sugar for 5-7 minutes until the mixture becomes really pale and fluffy, then gently fold in the melted chocolate

After folding the dry ingredients in, pour the batter into a pre-pared baking tin and arrange the pecans on top. Bake at 180 C / 356 F for 35 minutes
Do not attempt to cut the brownie while it is hot as it will be way too sticky.
