  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat then, whisk to combine.
  • Heat slowly for 5 minutes until the mixture is thick and syrupy, able to coat the back of a spoon. Stir occasionally to avoid crystals forming. Be careful not to overheat, or the syrup will caramelize.
