Learn how to make Namelaka cream

Start with measuring all the ingredients

Mix gelatine sheet into warm milk

Pour warm milk over the chocolate.

Pour in cold cream and stir and/or blend together

Pour the cream to a food container and refrigerate overnight  (8 hours)

You can make it without gelatin but you need to use another thickening agent eg. agar-agar.

Namelaka can be stored in the fridge for a few days. I suggest you cover it to make sure it does not absorb any smell from the fridge.
