First, make the brown butter (beurre noisette) that a classic French one ingredient gold that just makes the cookies so delicious!
After mixing the wet ingredients (brow butter, sugar and eggs), sift in flour and salt then finally, fold in pecans and chocolate chips. Do not over mix the cookies so they will stay fudge and gooey!

Before baking, don´t forget to chill the cookie dough 1 hour in the fridge or 20 minutes in the freezer
Bake the cookies at 175 C / 347°F for 15 minutes. Then, grab a cookie cutter and apply the circular trick to achieve perfectly round cookies!
