The Best Nutella Babka

Start with simple everyday ingredients for the dough. 

Use my homemade Nutella recipe for the filling

Activate the fresh yeast for perfect results

Knead the dough ingredients in a stand mixer to get a gluten window

Let it rise overnight for perfect texture

Use a plastic bowl and a warm place to proof

Roll out the dough and cover with Nutella

Cut the Babka into half lengthwise. Try to cut it exactly in the middle of the roulade

Twist the dough together and go for the second proofing

Beautiful! Now bake it on  180C / 356F for 40 min.
